Returns

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective item,
  • or an incorrect item,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

and include photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of beauty products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

This includes:

  • Lash clusters
  • Bond
  • Sealant
  • Remover

unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
