We currently ship only within Latvia.
Shipping Method
We offer free shipping to Venipak, Unisend, and SmartPosti parcel lockers.
If you have a preferred parcel locker, please include it in the order notes before checkout.
If no parcel locker is specified, we may contact you to confirm the most convenient delivery location.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider and circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at harume.beauty@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
